FREE first class shipping on all orders over $50.00 that can be shipped first class ( that would be all orders 13oz. or less). International shipping costs do not include any customs brokerage fees associated with purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments over 13 ounces cannot be sent first class mail due to weight restrictions.

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason there is a defect in your merchandise or you wish to return an item you may send it back within 30 days of the shipping date for refund or exchange. You will need to contact us for pre-authorization by email at info@fanniesfinds.com.
Defective merchandise should be returned with description of problem for a full refund of purchase price and shipping cost or a store credit or exchange.
For all other returns please return items unused and in the same condition that they were shipped for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping cost) or a store credit or exchange. All exchanges will be shipped via First Class US Mail at our expense. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping item back to us
