When you enter your credit card information into your shopping cart to place your order it is transmitted over the internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form. It is then decoded when it gets to our hosting and ecommerce company.

Payments made by money order, cashier check or personal check must be received within 7 days to ensure product availability. This is necessary due to the limited stock of some items that can not be held without payment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order with just cause. Any payment made will be refunded if we elect to cancel an order. Any fraud will be reported to the proper authorities.

PLEASE NOTE that Florida residents are subject to a 6% sales tax.

FREE first class shipping on all orders over $50.00 that can be shipped first class ( that would be all orders 13oz. or less). International shipping costs do not include any customs brokerage fees associated with purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments over 13 ounces cannot be sent first class mail due to weight restrictions. You will have the option to ship UPS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason there is a defect in your merchandise or you wish to return an item you may send it back within 30 days of the shipping date. Defective merchandise: please return in original packaging with description of problem for a full refund of purchase price and shipping cost or a store credit or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping charge incurred for the return.

For all other returns please return items unused and in the same condition that they were shipped ( cannot signs of visible wear) for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping cost) or a store credit or exchange. All exchanges will be shipped via First Class US Mail at our expense. The customer is responsible for shipping charge incurred for the return.
